In this all-day, virtual seminar come hear about progress and updates from the State, and from lake managers working to prevent, mitigate, and control freshwater HABs. You will be introduced to the newly established HAB Expert Team who are working to develop lakes management guidance. Afternoon sessions will include topics such as emerging HAB treatment technologies, best management practices for controlling HABs and finally HABs and drinking water. In order to make this summit as interactive as possible, the platform utilized by NJDEP has limited space, so please register as soon as possible. Should you not be able to attend the live event due to schedule or capacity constraints, the entire summit will be recorded and posted online.
