Stroud Water Research Center presents a webinar series about the comeback of the Delaware River, the "River of the Year" for 2020.
The series continues on Wednesday, January 13 at 12:30pm ET/9:30am PT with a talk titled: The Journey from River to Faucet. Dr. David Arscott from Stroud Water Research Center will facilitate a panel discussion on the evolution of policies that regulate water allocation and use from the Delaware River. Leaders from the water management, municipal supply, recreational use, and non-profit sectors will discuss how policies and innovation have led to sustainable water use today, and what the challenges and solutions are for the future.
Panelists include Andy Kricun of the Water Alliance and Moonshot Missions, Jeff Skelding of Friends of the Delaware River, Gary Belan, the Senior Director of the Clean Water Supply team at American Rivers, and Steve Tambini of the Delaware River Basin Commission.
