The Commission’s Adjudicatory Hearing on Docket D-2017-009-2: Delaware River Partners, LLC’s Gibbstown Logistics Center Dock 2, which was originally scheduled to begin on April 15, will instead be conducted virtually, beginning on May 11, 2020. 

Although the Hearing Officer has directed that participants and principals only will be admitted to the virtual “hearing room,” the Commission will post a digital video and audio recording of each day’s proceedings on this page as soon as possible, with the goal of posting by the end of the next business day.
