Join the Delaware Highlands Conservancy as they celebrate their 25th Anniversary along with Promised Land State Park staff for a day of outdoor fun!
Go for a hike and learn about native plants and trees, enjoy a talk about bald eagles and view an active eagles’ nest from the park’s wildlife observation station, and paddle Promised Land Lake with a DCNR Environmental Education Specialist at Promised Land State Park.
15 kayaks with life jackets and paddles are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis with event registration; or, you are welcome to bring your own boat. All boats must be registered in PA.
Registrations can be obtained online at https://www.pa.wildlifelicense.com/ALS/launchCtrl.php or by visiting the park office. Bring your own picnic lunch to enjoy with our group in the pavilion, and we will provide the dessert.
