Stroud Water Research Center will be hosting acclaimed photographer and author Tim Palmer as he inspires us with stories and shares his awarding winning photos. We will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act along the White Clay Creek, a nationally designated Wild and Scenic River in a free public lecture. Tim Palmer is the author and photographer of 26 books about rivers, the environment, and adventure travel. Find out more online here.
