The Philadelphia Environmental Film Festival showcases thought-provoking, exceptional new shorts and features that entertain, inform, and inspire personal action. In addition to the film lineup, the Festival includes an exciting Opening Night Red Carpet Gala, a juried competition, awards, and opportunities to meet the filmmakers. 

The film "A Watershed Moment" will be screened as part of The Sustainable Economy Block on Saturday, April 7, 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. The film depicts the Delaware River Watershed, the stresses it faces, and efforts underway by public and nonprofit groups to protect and restore it. The film is an outgrowth of a growing citizen movement in the watershed called the Delaware River Watershed Initiative that seeks to focus attention, raise funding, and implement actions to ensure the watershed's protection.
