Delaware Nature Society presents a series of classes and workshops from March - September 2018 as part of their Naturalist Certification Series. The first event takes place March 14th at 6 p.m. and registration/fee is required.
Whether you are just beginning your interest in nature, or wish to gain greater depth of understanding of local ecosystems, take advantage of this spring through fall course! Learn about the ecology of the Piedmont region and the flora and fauna that reside there during eight lectures and field trips led by experts. Each participant will complete a field and classroom notebook to become a certified naturalist. School teachers can receive 60 hours of in-service credit.
