Join South Jersey Land & Water Trust for a trash cleanup of the recently-preserved Tall Pines State Preserve! We will meet in the parking lot on the corner of Bark Bridge Rd. and Woodbury-Glassboro Rd. (see map below). Gloves, trash bags & grabbers will be provided, please bring water and wear appropriate footwear. Cleanups typically last for 2-3 hours. The more the merrier, bring your friends! Tall Pines State Preserve was preserved in November 2015 after an eight-year campaign to save the 111-acre former golf course from being developed with 123 housing units. The South Jersey Land & Water Trust has partnered with the Friends of Tall Pines citizen group to maintain the property, which includes monthly cleanups, posting signage, etc.
