Join First State National Historical Park and The Nature Conservancy in Delaware in a nationwide BioBlitz. Engage in scientific exploration of the unique biological and cultural resources in this newly established park. The bioblitz will take place in the Beaver Valley tract of open fields and forests located on the Brandywine River less than two miles north of the Wilmington city limits.
Participants and scientists will be using the iNaturalist app on their mobile devices to "capture" and identify species of interest. You can join a guided inventory or go out and explore on your own. Please note some inventories include exploration on more challenging terrain.
