Join a naturalist from the Delaware Nature Society on a 5 mile bike ride to New Castle on the new Markell Trail over the Christina River, a tributary of the Delaware River. Enjoy wildlife and scenery as you make your way through the refuge and on to relax in Battery Park for a picnic. Then, go behind the scenes of the historic New Castle County Court House and discover the history of Delaware's first court and state capitol before heading back to Wilmington.
