Join Off The Grid yoga instructor Meg Soucy for a forest bathing experience; an easy hike and gentle yoga session, suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. The hike will include a meditation and centering session to kick things off - we will then enjoy a beautiful hike through the landscapes of the Pine Barrens enjoying the detoxifying quality of being present in nature. Yogis should bring their own mat (or a blanket/towel if you don't have one) along with water and suitable shoes for walking.
